Step 1 - Send us an enquiry

You can fill in the short form at the bottom of this blog. One of our team will contact you and run through your details, confirm that we are a free service for sellers and look at getting you allocated to an auction manager.


Step 2 - Dedicated point of contact

Once your auction manager is allocated, they will be your singular dedicated point of contact throughout the whole process, they will know all the ins and outs of the sale and means you won't get passed from pillar to post having to repeatedly explain yourself to some other member of the team. Step 4 - Going live on the auction

We will list your property on auction song with all other marketing sites suck as Zoopla, Rightmove and on the market. We will also list it with our 3500 partner agents at 600 estate agents nationwide. The bidding will be open for 28 days and whoever wins the property for the highest bid over the secret reserve price will secure the property for themselves. We will also give you regular updates and you can view the property and its bids through our website. 


Step 5 - Winning bid and exchange of contracts immediately

Once the winning bid has happened and the virtual gavel falls, contracts are exchanged immediately, the buyer pays a deposit on the property and solicitors are instructed. Depending on the time scale you have chosen as a seller, the sale can be completed within 28 days or 56+ days.
