Here at Smart Auction UK, we are revolutionising the way property is sold and bought in the UK. Because of this, we are also offering a revolutionising referral package for our introducing agents.


As an introducer to Smart Auction UK, you no longer have to wait until the property sale completes before you see any benefit. We pay referral fees as soon as the property you have referred goes live. See how easy our process is below.



How it works:

Introduction

You introduce a seller to us. You give us their name, contact details and property address.

We will call them to qualify the lead and arrange a call with our auction valuer. When the seller and valuer speak, they will together agree the starting price and the reserve price for the property.

Agreement

The seller will be sent an agreement asking for 3 months commitment and sole selling rights with us through auction. The seller needs to sign the contract and meet all legal requirements.

Photos

We will arrange for a partner agent to take photos, videos and a floorplan of the property.

You can opt in to help assist with the sale by conducting viewings and taking the images if you live locally.

Live on auction

Once the seller has signed the agreement and we have the photos, we can then put the property live on auction.

Receive £150

When the seller you have introduced goes live in auction, you will need to raise an invoice and send this to us for £150.

Payment of invoices is usually made within 7 days.

Property sells and receive another £150

If that property then goes on to successfully sell via our auction, you will need to invoice us for a further £150.

Further important information


If the property does not sell in auction, there is no claw back for the initial £150 you received when the property went live. This means you still receive the £150 remuneration for introducing the seller even if Smart Auction UK do not make any money.


This is because we are so confident in our service and our ability to sell property. We have a network of over 200 agents across the UK, all introducing buyers who want to buy properties from us. Therefore, it is in everyone’s best interest to bring on as many sellers as possible.


What do we need from you?


  • You don’t need any qualifications in order to refer leads to us
  • All you need is a way to contact potential sellers, or your own clients, to offer our services
  • All we need is the property owner’s full name, phone number, and the property address


What are you waiting for?


Our top agents are earning around £7000 a month for referring sellers to our platform, because our commissions are completely uncapped.


Realistically, there is no downside for the seller, only the initial three-month commitment that we ask for in order to be able to offer this service for free.
