Terms and Conditions

1.     Smart Auction UK’s registered office is at 6th Floor, Tollhouse Hill City Gate East, Nottingham NG1 5FS.

2.     This promotion comprises of a £500 prize to be paid via BACS. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

3.     Maximum of one entry per person and per property, multiple entries will not be accepted.

4.     Smart Auction UK staff, their families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not permitted to enter.

5.     There is one form of entry into this competition:
 
a) Participants must click on the promotional advertisement titled 'Enter our prize draw to win £500', or visit the ‘Listing Prize Draw’ page on our website between 00.00 on Friday 27th October 2023 and 23:59 on Thursday 29th February 2024. Participants must then complete the form on Smart Auction UK by clicking 'LIST YOUR PROPERTY’. Participants must then proceed to agree to list their property with Smart Auction UK’s Auction Team or associate company and following the onboarding process. The onboarding should be completed by the last day of the competition.
 
  

6.     By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Smart Auction UK’s Privacy Policy.

7.     Participants are not automatically opted into this competition and must complete the form online to enter.

8.     This entry period for this prize draw is 00.00 on Friday 27th October 2023 and 23:59 on Thursday 29th February 2024.

9.     Listings generated outside of the entry period as specified above will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.

10.   The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified via the email address provided within 28 working days of the promotion ending.

11.   The randomly selected winner will be requested to provide their bank details for a BACS payment amounting to the value of £500 only within 30 days of acceptance of the prize.

12.   All data related to this competition shall be destroyed within three working days unless entrants have opted in to receive marketing communications from Smart Auction UK at point of entry submission.

13.   The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, and that their name and county of residence may be disclosed to other entrants upon request. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used strictly in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.

14.   Entrants can request the winner's name and county of residence at any time from Friday 29th March 2024 until Monday 22nd April 2024 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to 6th Floor, Tollhouse Hill City Gate East, Nottingham NG1 5FS.

15.   These terms and conditions are to be governed by English and Welsh law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
