from anywhere in the world, and we also allocate an estate agent whom we pay for, to conduct all the viewings, floorplans, pictures and marketing. We market through all possible channels, so not only on our own website, but through
Zoopla, Rightmove, Onthemarket and throughout 3500 independent partners and over 600 partner estate agent branches. In addition, contracts are exchanged immediately ad buyers must also pay a deposit.
We have by far the largest reach and exposure of any property auction company in the UK, and we do this by working in unison with agents all across the country, instead of working against them. Sharing our income and acting in the best interests of everyone involved.
